Ascenta Therapeutics is a privately-held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing new medicines to stop cancer. Our core technology consists of agents designed to re-establish the natural program of apoptosis that shuts down cell growth and proliferation in abnormal cells. We have a compound in Phase II cancer clinical trials that inhibits the Bcl-2 family of proteins and a pipeline that targets Bcl-2, MDM2 and XIAP.
